Understanding Artificial Intelligence
There is a lot of talk about AI and its benefits and the trouble it can cause. This workshop will take you through the basics of AI and help you understand its usefulness, as well as the truth about its potential risks. This class will be presented by Michael Prince. Solar Eclipses
Did you know there is an eclipse on October 14th? Why do Eclipses occur? Find out in this session on “How eclipses occur” and the different kinds of eclipses. There will be active audience interaction and, if time permits, we may talk about the phases of the moon as well. This special class is taught by Dr. Marvin DeJong who has a PhD in Physics and Astronomy and taught for many years at College of the Ozarks. Special eclipse viewing glasses will be available for $2.
